Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Once your product is picked up, please allow an additional 5-7 days for it to reach us.
Reverse Pick-Up
We provide reverse pick-up services wherever available.
A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted in cases of excessive returns.
The courier will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to send the product to our address directly.
Condition of Returned Products
Ensure the product is returned in the same condition as received, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit equivalent to the paid amount will be issued within 2-7 working days after the return pick-up. This credit can be redeemed anytime on our store.
Refund Timeline
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7-12 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will reflect in your bank account accordingly.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reward Points & Store Credits
Store credits and reward points are non-refundable but can be redeemed for future purchases.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been dispatched from our warehouse.
Special Promotions & Free Products
Items purchased during BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If you receive an SMS or email stating your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours via:

Once the returned product reaches us, we’ll inspect it thoroughly.
You’ll be informed via email about the status of your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
